Our Team:

The Project Fulfillment Team builds relationships and systems to ensure the right resource or experience is delivered to teachers without delay. You'll help deliver on the core mission of our organization by leveraging best-in-class fulfillment and customer service practices to ensure teachers know exactly when their materials or payments will arrive.  Our Agents are excellent problem solvers and are at the forefront of collaborating with our integrated vendors to help delight teachers and students with classroom materials.

You will:

  • Learn the inner-workings of our day-to-day processes to support the Project Fulfillment team, including payment reconciliation and vendor performance analysis tasks, to support timely procurement and shipping.
  • Gather and analyze data to determine trends, compile information, and build cases that work towards team priorities and goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve fulfillment related project questions for both teachers and vendors while providing customer insights into how we can continue to improve our teacher fulfillment experience.
  • Actively contribute to building and maintaining our team culture, which includes a positive and constructive work environment.
  • Support our team with other fulfillment processes and administrative duties as needed.  We are a busy, lean, data-driven team that is excited to take on new challenges and drive innovations for our teachers and vendors.

You are:

  • Passionate about analyzing and using data to make your case. You’re a whiz at spreadsheets and are comfortable with pivot tables - you have solid Excel skills, and are eager to learn even more!
  • Comfortable in processing financial tasks such as approving vendor payments and invoice reconciliation.
  • An exceptional written and oral communicator; you have excellent interpersonal skills - you’re a collaborator and a problem-solver who is often praised for your organization and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and enjoy improving processes in routine work.
  • Action-oriented; you have no problem checking off items from your to-do list and are ready to help others when they need it without being directed to do so.
  • Team-oriented and believe that a successful day is best reflected by accomplishing a collective goal. You are motivated by the long-term impact that we are able to have on classrooms.
  • Flexible when needs change and can take a moment to laugh and enjoy the moment when good things are happening. You are open to adjusting your priorities when needed to help the team reach a goal.
  • Curious, creative, and open to sharing and learning from mistakes.
  • Tech savvy and thrive in an online environment; you are excited to learn new programs.

Our office has an open floor plan which supports collaboration and teamwork. Agents are encouraged to attend events like our monthly All Hands meeting, in-office education events, and social gatherings!  We also have plenty of coffee and snacks to keep you motivated, even on super busy Monday mornings.

The Details:

  • Hours:  25-30 hours per week
  • Days: Daily schedule is flexible between the hours of 10 am - 6 pm
  • Length: Now through December, with the possibility of continuing after that.
  • Compensation: $15 per hour
  • Min. Experience: One year of comparable experience; College degree preferred but not required
